About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Rehab DOR to lead our rehabilitation team at the St. Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation in St. Johnsbury, VT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs, ensuring high-quality care and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients and residents

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

• Recruit, train, and supervise rehabilitation staff to ensure high-quality care

• Develop and manage rehabilitation budgets and resources

• Implement and monitor rehabilitation metrics to ensure quality improvement

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in rehabilitation care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees

Requirements

• OT, PT, PTA or PT license Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or a related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Commitment to improving patient outcomes and quality care
