We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our nutrition team at Skilled Nursing Facility in Mission Hill, MA. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the best possible care and nutrition support.

About the Role:

As a Registered Dietitian at Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be responsible for providing nutrition assessments, developing personalized meal plans, and implementing nutrition programs to meet the unique needs of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutrition assessments for new residents and ongoing assessments for existing residents

• Develop and implement individualized meal plans that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident meals and snacks

• Implement nutrition programs and services to promote optimal nutrition and health outcomes

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition programs and services

• Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian certification

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
