LTC Therapy is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee therapy services in our skilled nursing facility. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated rehab team while driving quality care and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day rehab department operations
• Lead therapy staff scheduling, productivity, and compliance
• Monitor resident outcomes and quality measures
• Partner with nursing and facility leadership
• Maintain regulatory and documentation standards

Requirements:

• Active PT, OT, PTA, or COTA license
• Prior SNF experience required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
