Hi! We have a Handyman position available in Clearwater, FL.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour
Position: Temp-to-Perm
Work Environment: Outdoor work
Plumbing experience is required, including:
- Replacing faucets and toilets
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks
- Operating sewer augers
Other responsibilities include:
- Basic electrical work (replacing outlets and light fixtures, understanding GFCIs, breakers, and basic wiring)
- Grounds maintenance (mowing lawns, removing weeds, planting flowers, picking up trash, and keeping the property clean)
- General maintenance and apartment turnover tasks
