Companion Care Needed

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in The Villages. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping . Will need help with changing (adult diaper) and dressing. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and cpr / first-aid trained. We will need help 2 hours in the evening (6 pm - 8 pm) 7 days a week. Saturdays and Sundays, we also need help from 8 am - 10 am. The schedule is based on Hospice scheduling, so would love someone who is able to be flexible.
