Childcare Needed

We are looking for nanny that can care for our, will be, 4-month-old. Tuesdays and Thursdays we will be out of the house but Wednesdays we both plan to work from home so the need may be more flexible. We have a dog named Thor who wouldnt need much/no care but we would like a nanny that is comfortable with pets.
