Babysitter Needed

My son is 3yrs old and will be going to nursery in starting in september... my nanny that has been with us since he was 6mos is now pregnant and no longer working. I need someone to pick him up from school at 12p in millburn nj and come home and feed lunch and play bath him and put him down for his nap. Friday is a full day as he doesn't have school. I also am looking for someone who is flexible - my schedule changes and I travel for work. I need someone that is open to babysitting nights from time to time as well possibly travel on family vacations.
