Babysitter Needed

Very busy 7-month-old. Hes currently trying to crawl but hes found ways to be mobile by rolling and running pulling to stand. Right now, Im going back to work remotely but need help with during the day (not my full shift, but still establishing best hours -somewhere around 10-3). Baby is still on a 3 nap schedule (9, 12, 3 ish) Were extremely limited with screen time unless in an absolute crunch and value active play, reading and skilled activities.
