Custodian

Our client, a manufacturing and facility services organization, is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting the cleaning and maintenance of the Quincy facility. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Custodian

Location: Quincy, WA

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, 10-hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Keep buildings and property in clean and orderly condition
• Perform routine maintenance activities
• Perform heavy cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors
• Sanitize and supply restroom facilities
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and partner with vendors to maintain stock

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures for a manufacturing facility
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for many hours, including working overhead and in tight spaces
• Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals, and ability to handle, mix, and use cleaning chemicals safely
