SALES MANAGER

Description of the role:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Milea Auto Group in Bronx, NY. This individual will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives
• Coordinate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
