Job Description
Overview
Every member's experience at the Y starts with you. As a Member Engagement Representative, you're the first friendly face people see walking through the door and the calm, helpful voice they hear on the phone. You give tours, answer questions, and make sure everyone, from someone joining for the first time to a member who's been coming for years, feels welcome the moment they walk in.
No two shifts look the same. One minute you're walking a prospective member through the building, the next you're helping someone update their account or pointing a parent toward the pool schedule. If you love people and enjoy being the one who makes their day a little easier, this role is built for you.
Availability:
- Evenings and weekends (Sunday availability is a must)
- Mid-day on Mondays and Fridays
OUR CULTURE:

We are hopeful: we believe in you and your potential to become a catalyst in the world. We are nurturing: we support you in your journey to develop your full potential. We are determined: above all else, we are on a relentless quest to make our community stronger beginning with you.
