Precision CNC Systems Service Technician

Role snapshot

• Location focus: Dallas–Fort Worth with limited weekday overnights and no weekends.
• Scope: On-site service, machine installs, and preventive maintenance across a diverse customer base.
• Customer impact: Resolve issues, support sales efforts, and provide light training to empower users.

Core responsibilities

• Deliver field service, installations, and PMs to a high standard.
• Troubleshoot effectively; document findings and maintain accurate customer and technical records.
• Communicate with operators, maintenance teams, engineers, and leadership.
• Act as a professional, ethical ambassador for Ellison Technologies.
• Support related duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Background in CNC or heavy equipment maintenance.
