Highline F&I Manager

Mills Automotive Group is expanding its leadership team and has an immediate opening for a Finance & Insurance Manager at our BMW & Mercedes-Benz store. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat we're looking for a closer who knows the deal, protects the back end, and builds real relationships with customers and lenders alike.

What You'll Be Walking Into

A premium dual-brand store with built-in gross opportunity. Luxury customers. A supportive dealer group that invests in its F&I department, and provides training, tools, and pay plans that actually reflect your contribution.

What We're Looking For

• Proven top performer
• High-line experience is preferred
• Lender relationship management across prime, near-prime, and captive channels
• CDK, DealerTrack, and Darwin experience is preferred
• Strong closer who can build value with a BMW or Mercedes buyer
