Your impact

• Own setup and performance of Amada press brakes to deliver quality parts on time.
• Configure, calibrate, and operate press brake equipment for daily production.
• Build and maintain SOPs that standardize brake forming across shifts.
• Partner closely with engineering and production to meet specifications and print requirements.
• Coach operators on best practices, quality checks, and safe work habits.
• Track run data, resolve forming issues quickly, and sustain flow.
• Document production metrics and machine maintenance with accuracy.
• Champion compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

What you need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced manufacturing/machining coursework preferred.
• At least 5 years in press brake operations within a fast-paced fabrication shop.
• Expertise with press brake tooling, programming basics, and setup optimization.
• Strong leadership presence and clear communication.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Sharp troubleshooting ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.
