Sales Developement Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for building customer relationships.

• Identify and research prospective customers through various channels.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company criteria.
• Schedule product demonstrations or discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and company products or services.

• 02 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
