Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

I just had a baby on June 17th 2026 and I go back to work august 30th 2026. I just need a baby sister for my new born son. I need someone who knows how to take care of new born babies. Someone who is nurturing, well educated on babies and their needs. Someone who has patience and who isnt lazy. I will be at work from 7am-1 p.m. and I just need someone to watch him in that time frame. I dont trust daycares with him at all and I really havent left his side since hes been born. I need someone who can tell when hes hungry, uncomfortable, needs to be held, knows when he needs a nap, knows how to change his diaper. I just need someone I can trust with him and someone I can trust in my home.
