Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great babysitter for our 12-year-old boy in Minneapolis. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. This would be for overnights mainly and on occasion to drive him to and from activities.
