Nanny Needed For My Children

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 2 children while I'm away on business. One of the girls will be in camp for most of the day, so I'm looking for someone who can drive her there, then come up with fun activities for the other girl. We have pool access, so being comfortable with water is important. Some light tidying up daily would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities, along with meal prep.
