Cabinet Assembler – Job Responsibilities

• Assemble wood cabinets, drawers, doors, and other cabinetry components according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, nail guns, drills, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
• Install hardware, including hinges, drawer slides, handles, and shelving.
• Measure, cut, and align cabinet components to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship before packaging.
• Sand, clean, and prepare cabinet surfaces as needed.
• Package and label completed cabinets for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and production standards.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with other warehouse or manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, woodworking, carpentry, or cabinet manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read measuring tapes and basic blueprints.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
