General Manager | QSR | 55-60K

We're looking for a General Manager to lead a high volume quick service restaurant in the Macclenny area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance, and running a successful operation.

What You'll Do

• Lead all day to day restaurant operations
• Hire, coach, and develop a high performing team
• Drive sales, profitability, and labor performance
• Maintain outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all brand standards and food safety requirements
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Create a positive, accountable, and team focused culture

What We're Looking For

• Current or recent General Manager experience in a quick service restaurant
• Proven success leading high volume operations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Experience managing P&L, labor, and food cost
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High energy with a hands on leadership style
• Hamburger University Certification is required
• Ability to work in the Macclenny, FL area

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $55,000 to $60,000
