Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager oversees frontline store operations and leads multiple store locations, managing a large team of 16 or more employees. Reporting directly to the Store Owner, this role is fundamental in ensuring smooth daily operations, optimizing inventory control, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large team to achieve store goals
• Oversee inventory control and coordinate with vendors
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
• Develop and manage store budgets effectively
• Create and maintain employee schedules
• Implement loss prevention strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail management
• Associate degree in Business or related field
• Forklift certification
• Strong skills in inventory management and customer service
