General Manager Opportunity

Are you a proven Sonic operator who knows how to run a restaurant like it's your own business? We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume Sonic Drive-In in the Peoria market.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations
• Take ownership of P&L performance and profitability
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
• Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining quality standards
• Execute operational goals and key performance metrics
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Sonic Drive-In management experience is strongly preferred
• General Managers are highly preferred
• Exceptional Assistant General Managers with a proven track record may also be considered
• Demonstrated experience with:
• • P&L management
  • Labor scheduling and cost control
  • Food cost management
  • Hiring, coaching, and retention
  • High-volume restaurant operations
• Strong leadership with an owner-operator mindset
• Ability to pass a background check
• Three professional references required during the hiring process
