HR Business Partner - Multi-Unit " Quick Service" Operations

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our operations throughout the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate selected for this role will maintain that success by strengthening leadership capability, driving employee engagement, and scaling long-term talent pipelines.

What We Seek:

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as a Field HRBP or Regional HR Manager.
• Industry: Experience in a high-volume, multi-unit environment is required (QSR, fast-casual, traditional restaurant, franchise networks, or hospitality/retail).
• Workforce Scale: Demonstrated success supporting a large, high-turnover hourly workforce across a wide geographic footprint.
• Employment Law: Strong working knowledge of Washington state labor compliance; exposure to British Columbia/Canadian employment standards is highly preferred.
• Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence operational leaders without direct authority.
