Underground Electrical Laborers/Duct Bank Installers -- Immediate Start

TradeWise Staffing Group is hiring underground crews for a large-scale electrical infrastructure project. Current scope is 100% underground duct bank installation. This is steady, long-term work with a top-tier electrical contractor.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing underground duct bank systems (PVC conduit, spacers, rebar tie-in)
• Trenching support, bedding, and backfill operations
• Setting and aligning conduit runs to spec
• Concrete encasement prep and pour support
• Manhole and handhole installation support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work area

What We're Looking For

• Prior underground utility, duct bank, or civil/electrical experience preferred
• Ability to read basic prints and follow layout direction
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• OSHA 10 a plus
• Must pass background check and drug screen
