General Laborer

Key Responsibilities:

· Load and unload rods and materials for incoming and outgoing shipments

· Move rods and equipment safely throughout the yard and facility

· Clean and prepare rods for processing and shipping

· Paint rods using proper techniques and equipment

· Inspect rods for damage or defects and report findings

· Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records

· Operate forklifts and other equipment (if certified or willing to train)

· Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

· Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Ability to lift 80+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday

· Previous oilfield work preferred

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

· Strong work ethic and reliability

· Basic understanding of safety practices

· Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Work Environment:

· Outdoor yard and shop setting

· Exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise

· Physically demanding labor
