Apartment Make Ready

Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for an experienced Apartment Make Ready Technician to join a growing apartment community. If you have a strong eye for detail, take pride in your work, and enjoy preparing apartment homes for new residents, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Repair and replace fixtures, hardware, and appliances as needed
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
• Ensure every apartment is clean, functional, and move-in ready
• Assist with service requests and general property maintenance
• Work closely with the maintenance and management teams to meet move-in deadlines

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment make-ready experience required
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and appliance installation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
