Nurse (RN/LPN) - Pediatric 1:1 School Care

We are currently hiring a Nurse (RN/LPN) for a 1:1 pediatric school-based role. This position involves providing dedicated, hands-on care to a single student throughout the school day.

This is a great opportunity for Nurses who prefer focused, one-on-one care in a structured environment rather than a fast-paced clinical setting.

Patient Details

• Pediatric patient
• Non-ambulatory, requires full assistance
• Requires tracheostomy (trach care)
• Requires G-tube / feeding tube management
• 1:1 continuous care during school hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous 1:1 care throughout the school day
• Monitor airway, feeding, and overall condition
• Assist with daily care needs and ensure patient safety
• Work independently in a structured school environment

Requirements

• Active LPN/RN license (Texas)
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience
• Pediatric experience required
• Experience with trach care and G-tube preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently

Schedule

• Fill in as needed when main nurse is off
• Only Local candidates preferred

Pay: $45-55.00 per hour
