We are hiring for both our Las Vegas and Henderson Locations!
Successful applicant has at least one (1) year of related experience in a retail furniture environment (preferred) but not required if you have the right attitude and derive.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Strong ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with computer systems, programs and email.
- Resilience: Ability to work productively and effectively under stressful conditions such as; tight time frames and heavy workloads.
- Customer Focused: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with ease.
- Initiative: A proactive approach, independent thinking and the ability to implement new ideas.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Active Role: At least one (1) year of retail experience is preferred
- Tech Skills: Proficient with computer systems
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and experience
- Education: High school diploma or GED
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Active Role: Most of the time will be spent siting, standing, and walking long hours
- Moderate Lifting: Occasionally lift and handle materials or equipment up to 20# with or without assistanc
