PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer to provide dependable, knowledgeable temp to hire Maintenance Mechanic associates in Wayne, NJ
We pay weekly!
Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic Job Summary
- Friday-Sunday 4:30pm-4:30am $37 (hourly pay is negotiable)
- 6 years of experience of repairing/maintaining manufacture equipment
- Experience with presses and mills
- Experience with machinery and electrical requirements
- Comprehension of single and 3 phase power requirements
- Knowledge of PLCS
- Diagnose and repair mechanical problems
- Inspect A/C motors, gearboxes, presses, resistance welders, and other roll forming equipment
- Support changeover process for welders, mills, secondary punch machine and press
- Preform preventative maintenance
- Replace worn parts and fluids as needed
- Test and adjust components to ensure proper operation
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
- Identify critical spares and consumable parts that need to be purchased
- Understand Human Machine Interface (HMI) to assist and help with troubleshooting
- Ability to operator forklifts (propane)
Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Commitment to safety and adhere to all safety rules
- Steel toe footwear
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to keep good attendance
