Assistant Manager - Full‐Service Burgers & Drinks

A high-volume casual dining burger and bar concept is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations. This is a true restaurant leadership role with responsibility for guest satisfaction, team development, food and labor management, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations

• Lead daily FOH and BOH operations.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Team Leadership

• Train, coach, and develop hourly team members.
• Promote accountability and a positive workplace culture.
• Support staffing and scheduling needs.

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain a strong floor presence during peak business periods.

Financial Performance

• Assist with labor management, food cost controls, and inventory.
• Support profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• FOH and BOH leadership experience required.
• Full-service casual dining preferred; strong fast-casual operators considered.
• Must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation.
• California-based candidates only; relocation assistance is not available.
• Professional appearance and willingness to complete an 8-week Manager-in-Training program.
