NCCCO Instructor

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced NCCCO Instructor to join our team in the Baytown area. If you're passionate about crane safety, enjoy mentoring others, and have hands-on industry experience, we'd love to hear from you.

• Deliver NCCCO-approved training programs for crane operators and rigging personnel.
• Conduct classroom instruction and practical, hands-on demonstrations.
• Teach safe crane operation, rigging practices, and heavy lift procedures.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Promote a strong culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure training materials remain current.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in crane operations, rigging practices, and heavy lift procedures.
• NCCCO certifications are strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering technical or safety training, including both classroom instruction and practical demonstrations.
• Background in an industrial or construction environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for developing others and promoting workplace safety.
