Appliance Delivery & Installation Team

Now Hiring: Appliance Delivery & Installation Technician (Non-CDL 26’ Box Truck)

We are looking for 1–2 reliable team members with prior experience driving a 26-foot non-CDL box truck and installing household appliances and basic furniture.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install freestanding appliances for customers of companies such as Home Depot and Costco.
• Work as a 2-person team to complete deliveries efficiently while staying on schedule.
• Properly connect and test appliances to ensure they are functioning correctly and check for any leaks before leaving the customer’s home.
• Provide excellent customer service while treating every customer’s home with care and respect.
• Safely move heavy appliances and furniture, including carrying items upstairs when necessary.

Appliances You May Install:

• Refrigerators
• Washers & dryers
• Dishwashers
• Over-the-range microwaves
• Other freestanding appliances

We do not install built-in appliances.

Furniture Assembly May Include:

• Sofas & sectionals
• Mattresses
• TVs
• Bedroom sets
• Other basic furniture

Requirements:

• Previous appliance delivery and installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with experience driving a 26’ non-CDL box truck.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the day.
• Basic hand tools for appliance installation.
• Must speak English to communicate with customers. Bilingual or sign language skills are a plus.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Professional appearance and willingness to wear the required company uniform for morning load-out photos.

Pay & Schedule:

• Training Pay: $120/day
• After Training: $150–$185/day based on experience and performance
• 1099 Independent Contractor Position
• Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Sundays off)
• Start Time: 5:30 AM–6:30 AM depending on warehouse assignment
• Opportunity to earn cash tips from customers.
