Retail Customer Consultant - Immediate Hire

Our Customer Consultant role is the first point of contact for our customers and is one of the most valued positions in our company! Responsible for providing excellent customer service, product knowledge, information and just a friendly face representing our company and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity with all interactions! This is an on-site position. NO remote or hybrid positions available!

Job Responsibilities
· Update existing accounts and/or create new customer account set up
· Assist with customer inquiries, product knowledge & proper follow-up
· Inform customer of deals and promotions via the clients' account
· Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
· Present marketing presentations

Requirements
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team
· Top-notch communication at all levels with internal/external clients
· Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation
· A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
