Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager must be extremely customer focused, outgoing and friendly, with extensive experience in the customer service industry. The General Manager in this position will be responsible for all aspects of service, quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, and maintenance for the restaurant during their shift. The General Manager must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a line cook, server and cashier. The salary for this position is based on experience.
