Landscaper

Landscapers are responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping techniques. Working typically in small teams, they carry out tasks such as hardscaping, mulching, pruning, and lawn mowing, while operating landscaping equipment. They report to a Landscaping Supervisor or Manager and travel daily to multiple sites to handle both maintenance and installation projects. Pay is based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardscaping tasks including installation and maintenance
• Apply mulch and pine straw to enhance soil and aesthetics
• Prune plants and trees to promote healthy growth
• Conduct lawn mowing and general lawn care
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Travel daily to various work sites
• Collaborate within a small team of 1-5 members

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hardscaping installation and maintenance
• Proficient in mulching and pruning techniques
• Skilled in lawn mowing and care
• Experience operating landscaping equipment
• A valid driver's license is a plus
