Responsibilities

Assist with routine maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure continuous operation of facilities. Support the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Participate in welding activities and basic fabrication tasks to support equipment repairs and modifications. Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automated systems. Perform residential painting and minor carpentry work to maintain the aesthetic appearance of facilities. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule preventive tasks. Support supervisors in supervising subcontractors or junior team members during specific projects or tasks. Help maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols and assisting with safety inspections and hazard mitigation efforts. Contribute to facilities maintenance projects that improve operational efficiency or environmental conditions. Engage in customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for repairs or assistance.
