Surveyor - Party Chief

Park Coastal Surveying LLC is a growing company looking to add an experienced Survey Party Chief or experienced Instrument man to assist with the firm's topographic and boundary surveying projects. We would like to add a responsible, capable and a contributing member to our team with the ability to utilize technology and think on your feet.

This is a field position that will sometimes require travel to locations throughout the state of Florida. The position can sometimes require long days in all types of Florida weather. This is a full-time position with paid travel expenses and a per diem allowance for meals. We offer medical insurance, paid time off and paid holidays. Park Coastal Surveying LLC is a drug free workplace. Background checks will be performed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys on land and/or water.
• Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features.
• Report on survey results and present findings to professionals.
• Collaborate with professionals.
• Transporting and setting up instruments/equipment.
• Use Trimble survey instruments.
• Assist with loading of equipment, boats, off-road vehicles, etc
• Field notes: read, write and map.
