INDIVIDUALIZED HOME SUPPORTS (IHS) HOME MAKER, And RESPITE STAFF

Key Responsibilities
 Provide individualized support to clients in their home or community
 Assist with ADLs and household tasks
 Support skill development for independent living
 Document services and progress notes
 Follow the client’s Individual Service Plan (ISP)

Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, dishes)
 Meal planning and food preparation
 Grocery shopping and errands
 Helping with daily household tasks
 Companionship and safety monitoring
 Documentation of services for the company’s records

 Provide respite care for family caregivers
 Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
 Meal preparation and medication reminders
 Companionship and mobility support
