About the Role
Team 360 Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Care/Commercial Cleaning Technician to support our client’s commercial cleaning operations. This role is responsible for performing floor care services and general cleaning tasks across multiple job sites while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, are dependable, can work independently, adapt to different job sites, and maintain a flexible schedule.

Schedule: 1 day per week (4 to 9 hours per shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform floor care services including carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing, refinishing, and other surface treatments
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
- Complete general cleaning tasks as assigned
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience in floor care (carpets, VCT, and other surfaces) and commercial carpet cleaning machines required
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn to use lifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License (required)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
