Customer Service Representative

Prius Healthcare USA is a growing, family-owned company providing healthcare products throughout North America. Our product portfolio includes therapeutic air mattress systems, pressure-reducing foam mattresses, and fall-prevention bed frames.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to support our existing customers and sales team. This position involves customer service, order processing, invoicing, preparing quotes, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal departments.

Responsibilities

·         Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

·         Process customer orders and invoices using QuickBooks.

·         Provide product, pricing, availability, and order-status information.

·         Prepare quotes and assist the sales team with customer follow-up.

·         Maintain accurate customer and order records.

·         Help resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.

·         Coordinate with sales, accounting, production, shipping, and operations.

·         Assist with inventory and international container tracking.

·         Perform general administrative and data-entry duties.

Qualifications

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Professional telephone and customer-service skills.

·         Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and general computer systems.

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·         Previous customer service, sales support, order-processing, or QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required.

Position Details

·         Position: Full-time

·         Schedule: Monday through Friday

·         Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

·         Overtime: Optional, as needed

·         Travel: None
