Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician. This is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical and electrical maintenance experience who is looking for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility machinery.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Install, assemble, and maintain production equipment, motors, conveyors, pumps, and related machinery.

• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

• Assist with equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.

• Complete maintenance documentation and communicate equipment issues.

• Follow all company safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), GMP, and other manufacturing procedures.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience required.

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and production equipment preferred.

• Welding and PLC troubleshooting experience are a plus.

• Ability to read and write in English or Spanish.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule :

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

• Candidates must be flexible to work occasional weekends and overtime as needed.

• This position may transition to a permanent night shift based on production and business needs.

• Employees assigned to the permanent night shift are eligible for an additional shift differential.
