We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume, farm-to-table, upscale casual dining restaurant known for its seasonally inspired menus, fresh ingredients, and exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and food cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining outstanding service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume upscale casual, farm-to-table, chef-driven, or full-service restaurant concepts.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced restaurant operations.
• Strong guest service, communication, and team development skills.
• Experience managing labor, inventory, food costs, and daily operations.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and seasonal cuisine.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
