DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Prioritizes the guest experience, models superior guests engagement and fosters a positive work environment.

* Responsible for recruiting, selecting and training team members, directing daily work responsibility, and providing performance feedbacks and coaching.

* Responsible for scheduling, food ordering, sales and labor

* Co-facilitates the opening and closing of the restaurant, including cash-drawer balancing.

* Responsible for all inspections, including but not limited to health and Corporate reporting.

Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities:

* Demonstrates an unwavering guest focus and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, empower, and motivate a team and communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

* Has the ability to delegate tasks, communicate clear expectations, direct others’ work and manage performance.

* Is highly organized and resourceful, can balance multiple priorities and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.

* Demonstrate strong learning agility, with a passion to grow and excel.

Work Experience:

* 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.

Work Availability:

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including closings, openings, and holidays.
