Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Extrusion Support Specialist/Extrusion Machine Operator to join their team. As an Extrusion Support Specialist/Extrusion Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the Industrial department supporting the extrusion and press operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $17

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Provide support to the Extrusion department through packing, trailer loading, material handling, and aging processes.
• Assist the press cell when needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Read measurement tape and other measuring devices accurately to maintain quality standards.
• Utilize good math skills to perform calculations related to production and quality control.
• Work safely by following all safety protocols and procedures, while multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read measurement tape and other measuring devices with precision.
• Strong math skills to support quality and production metrics.
• Willingness to work in a physically active environment, handling materials and supporting various tasks.
• Computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
