1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $15.50/hour (Overtime available)

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM | $17.00/hour (Overtime available)

Job Summary

Join a leading automotive manufacturer in Spartanburg, SC! We are looking for dependable Packing Associates to carefully inspect, pack, and prepare high-value automotive parts for shipment. This position is ideal for individuals who have excellent attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

Inspect automotive parts for quality before packaging
Carefully pack and label high-value automotive components for shipment
Ensure products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
Follow customer-specific packing instructions and quality standards
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to verify orders
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stand, bend, and work throughout an entire shift
Experience using RF scanners is a plus
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work overtime as needed
