About the Role:
Flash Portraits in Orlando, FL is looking for a driven and personable Sales professional to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for people with a rewarding sales career in the photography and portrait industry. If you love connecting with customers and closing deals, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their portrait and photography needs
- Present and sell portrait packages, products, and services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals
- Assist customers in selecting the best portrait packages to fit their needs and budget
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sale support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Comfortable with upselling and presenting product options confidently
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a team-player mentality
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
