Carpenter/Remodeler

The Carpenter/Remodeler will play a key role within a small team, focusing primarily on residential remodeling projects. This position involves frequent travel between sites and requires proficiency in both standard and advanced power tools. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality craftsmanship in framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling while reading blueprints accurately and ensuring materials are properly estimated and site preparations meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling tasks on residential projects
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution
• Estimate materials needed for each job accurately
• Operate standard tools and advanced power tools safely and effectively
• Prepare job sites ensuring readiness for construction activities
• Interact professionally with clients to understand project requirements
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance
• Travel frequently between project sites as required

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in carpentry
