Health Source Group is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 school nursing assignment throughout Nassau & Suffolk County for the 2026–2027 school year.

What You’ll Do
As a 1:1 School LPN, you’ll provide individualized care to a student with medical needs while helping them safely participate in their school day. You’ll work alongside teachers, school staff, and families to support your student’s health, independence, and success.
Unlike a hospital or nursing home, you’ll have the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with one student and truly make an impact every day.

Qualifications
- Active NYS LPN License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- DOE Fingerprinting (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical completed within the last 12 months
- PPD, QuantiFERON, or Chest X-ray
- MMR Immunization Records
- Positive attitude and a passion for working with children
Pediatric experience is a plus but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
