Plumber

Matt White and Nathaniel White (the White Brothers) are seeking a skilled, reliable Licensed Plumber to join our team. This is a full-time position covering Custer County, CO and surrounding areas. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain plumbing and hydronic heating systems across both residential and commercial projects. Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour (Starting pay depends on experience and the type of plumbing license held)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
• Paid Vacation Time
• Week off between Christmas and New Year’s.
• Service Area: Custer County, CO and surrounding communities

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Maintenance: Install and maintain plumbing, hydronic heating systems, and fixtures.
• System Inspections: Inspect existing systems to identify, diagnose, and resolve current or potential issues.
• Blueprints & Planning: Read blueprints and schematics to map layout designs accurately.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with construction teams to plan and execute plumbing designs in new buildings.
• Quality Control: Test plumbing systems thoroughly for leaks to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall project success.

Position Requirements

• Licensing: Valid Residential Plumbing License (or higher) is required.
• Experience: Proven track record as a professional plumber, specifically with construction plumbing techniques.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint literacy, and deep knowledge of plumbing materials.
• Mobility: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (for travel across the service area).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude.
