The Interior Remodeler/Handyman plays a crucial role in transforming and maintaining various property types, including commercial and residential projects of varying sizes. Working primarily within small teams, this role balances interior remodeling and general handyman services with occasional travel between job sites. The professional will be involved in a broad range of repair and installation tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition, framing, and drywall installation
• Carry out painting, carpentry, and flooring tasks
• Conduct plumbing and electrical repairs
• Install fixtures and perform maintenance tasks
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Clean up job sites after project completion

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in remodeling and handyman services
